Passport Photo Maker – IDReady (“the App”) is developed by CafeCircuit (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy. This page explains what information the App processes and how it is handled.

1. Data we process

• Photos you choose: Images you capture or import are processed locally on your device to create ID photos.
• Edits: Background removal, alignment guides, clothing overlays and color adjustments are computed on-device.

2. Advertising (AdMob) & monetization

The App may display ads and may offer rewarded ads where you can optionally watch a short video to unlock extras (e.g., bonus exports). We use Google AdMob to serve ads.

• Data used by AdMob (handled by Google as an independent controller): advertising ID (AAID/GAID), IP address, coarse location, device info, and performance metrics, used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and (if consented) personalization and measurement.
• Children: The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request consent from or profile children. AdMob is configured accordingly.

3. What we do not collect

• No account or profile is required.
• No contact, precise location, calendar, or microphone data.
• No photo uploads to our servers—processing is on-device.

4. Storage & sharing

Your photos and exports are stored locally on your device or the folder you select. We do not receive your images. If you share a file, that sharing happens via Android’s system share sheet to apps you choose.

5. Legal bases & regional rights

• EEA/UK: We rely on your consent for personalized ads.
• CCPA/CPRA (California): We do not sell your personal information. You may opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising by choosing non-personalized ads in the App.

6. Security & retention

We aim to minimize data. Ad data retained by Google follows their own retention policies. Locally saved photos remain on your device until you delete them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as features evolve or to meet legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected here and may be noted in the app listing.
